Arbitrary file read and write via unchecked paths

Path traversal in dekdee adobe-xd-mcp 1.0.0 allows remote attackers to read local XD files and write output to arbitrary paths. MCP tool handlers pass caller-controlled path, outputFile, and outputDir values directly to fs.readFile and fs.writeFile without a workspace-boundary check. Access to an MCP tool handler is required; exposure and modification remain limited to files accessible by the server process account.
