Arbitrary file read via unchecked path join

Path traversal in the SPO extension of MetaGPT 0.8.1 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files through a crafted FILE_NAME value. The set_file_name() and load_meta_data() functions join FILE_NAME to the settings directory and open the result without checking the resolved path. No authentication or user interaction is required, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the MetaGPT process.
