CVE-2026-79403Hinoki check available

Local code execution via unauthenticated approval endpoint

Published Sep 29, 2026 · Updated Sep 29, 2026

Missing authentication in Kilo Code before 7.4.1 allows local users to bypass tool approval and execute code via its local HTTP API. When the server has no password, the permission/allow-everything endpoint accepts an unauthenticated request and installs a wildcard approval rule. A running passwordless server and subsequent agent command are required; that command executes with the Kilo user's permissions.
