Unauthenticated device control via empty-password bypass

Improper authentication in Xiongmai IP Camera XM530 firmware HMT.CM2005-v220608.1837 and earlier allows remote attackers to control devices. The Sofia IPC daemon's WS-Security UsernameToken routine accepts the admin username with any password when the stored password is empty. An empty admin password exposes privileged ONVIF actions, including camera movement, stream URL retrieval, and system reboot.
