Input validation failure in Google Chrome on iOS before 148.0.7778.96 allows remote attackers to spoof browser UI via crafted HTML. Google identifies the affected locus only as the iOS component; the restricted Chromium issue leaves the rejected input and incorrect validation operation undisclosed. A user must load attacker-controlled HTML, after which deceptive browser interface content can misrepresent the page being viewed.
