Sandbox escape via excessive D3D12 encoder references

Improper input validation in Google Chrome Media before 152.0.7977.65 on Windows allows remote attackers to execute code outside the sandbox. The D3D12 H.264 and H.265 video-encoder delegates permit the maximum manual-reference count to exceed the driver's L0 P-frame reference limit. Exploitation requires a crafted HTML page, user interaction, an already-compromised renderer process, and the affected Windows hardware-encoding path.
