System access restriction bypass via crafted HTML
Published Aug 25, 2026 · Updated Aug 25, 2026
Improper input validation in Mobile in Google Chrome before 152.0.7977.65 allows remote attackers to bypass iOS access restrictions. Google identifies crafted HTML as the input vector but has not published which Mobile validation path accepts it or what check is missing. Exploitation requires a crafted page to reach the affected iOS browser code; the disclosed impact is limited to bypassing system access restrictions.
