Sandbox memory disclosure via incomplete stencil clearing

Use of an uninitialized resource in Skia in Google Chrome before 152.0.7977.65 allows remote attackers to read sandbox memory via crafted HTML. When a driver requires stencil clearing by drawing, SurfaceDrawContext clears only the clip bit and leaves user bits undefined. Opening crafted HTML is required; stencil-then-cover rendering can then consume the undefined contents, disclosing memory only within the sandbox.
