Unauthenticated code execution via CGI parameter-name evaluation
Published Oct 9, 2026 · Updated Oct 9, 2026
Command injection in Netcore B11 1.3.241114.024540 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code via upgrade-CGI requests. The www/cgi-bin/upgrade script passes attacker-controlled query parameter names into shell eval rather than treating them as data, allowing commands to bypass its character filtering. Exploitation requires network access to the CGI but no credentials, and executes commands in the CGI process context.
