Internal field disclosure via error-path reinjection

Information disclosure in AshGraphql 1.9.0 through 1.10.1 allows remote attackers to read internal field names through GraphQL errors. AshGraphql.Errors reattaches the pre-handler path with Map.put_new after the configured error_handler returns, reversing handlers that remove the path. Exposure requires a reachable GraphQL API, a redacting error_handler, no field-name mapping, and input that triggers validation; the result is limited to internal field-name disclosure.
