Partial denial of service via DeepStream backend confusion

Resource-consumption flaw in vLLM before 0.27.0 allows remote attackers to disrupt concurrent requests through crafted video input. VideoMediaIO.merge_kwargs treats the unregistered deepstream name as non-GPU, retains a request-level override, and its decoder skips the image-pixel limit. Reachability requires Linux x86-64 with the DeepStream extra and a video-capable model; testing demonstrated recoverable request timeouts rather than a crash or persistent outage.
