Authentication bypass in Okta Hyperdrive Agent 1.2.0 through 1.5.1 allows local users to supply an unverifiable MFA success verdict. When organization policy requires no MFA for a user, the agent plugin emits a bare Boolean success response instead of a signed SAML assertion. Low-privileged local access and high attack complexity are required; a relying application can accept a result that lacks cryptographic proof.
