CVE-2026-78618Network attack vector

Protected data access via chained backend operations

Published Aug 27, 2026 · Updated Aug 27, 2026

Business logic flaw in WatchGuard Dimension 2.0 through 2.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to trigger chained backend operations. The backend request-processing flow accepts a crafted request containing multiple object operations where the logical workflow expects one permitted operation. Administrator privileges and network access to the HTTPS management interface are required; the disclosed impact is protected-data access without reported integrity or availability effects.
