Resource exhaustion in Elastic Kibana allows remote authenticated users to render the service unavailable by submitting a crafted request. Elastic states that the request drives unbounded memory consumption but has not disclosed the affected endpoint, parser, or allocation path that fails to impose a limit. Low-level authenticated access is sufficient; all configurations are affected, and exhaustion makes Kibana unavailable to every user.
