Local code execution via registry-controlled assembly loading

Untrusted search path handling in Okta Hyperdrive Integration Plugin allows local users to execute code in a host process or elevated installer. The plugin reads an assembly path from the current user's registry hive and passes it to Assembly.LoadFrom without verifying the assembly's signature or integrity. Versions 1.2.0 through 1.5.1 require unprivileged interactive access, write access to the per-user hive, and failed HKLM resolution; the loaded code inherits the selected process context.
