Local administrator session forgery via readable signing key

Incorrect default permissions in RansomLook 2.0.0 and earlier allow local users to forge administrator sessions by reading secret_key. The application creates its Flask signing-key file using process-default permissions and umask, which can leave the cryptographic secret readable by other local users. Access to the RansomLook home directory is required; the exposed key signs session cookies, and LDAP deployments accept forged usernames without requiring matching local users.
