CVE-2026-78550Network attack vector

Administrator code execution via unsanitized eval input

Published Sep 8, 2026 · Updated Sep 10, 2026

Eval injection in Okta Access Gateway before 2026.9.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through the management console. Its exception handler passes user-supplied input directly to eval() without sanitization, so the console interprets the input as code. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator SSH session, and the code runs with the management console's privileges.
