Code injection in Okta Access Gateway before 2026.9.1 allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to execute nginx directives. The application create or update path interpolates the unsanitized application label into a directive inside a generated nginx server block. Exploitation requires administrator privileges and application create or update access, and injected directives can compromise gateway data or service operation.
