Low-privileged remote command execution
Published Sep 7, 2026 · Updated Sep 9, 2026
Command injection in Dell SCG 5.0 Appliance before 5.36.00.16 and Application before 5.36.00.00 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. Dell has not published the affected request, parameter, or command-building operation, leaving the concrete injection locus undisclosed. Low-privileged access to the remote management surface is required; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied commands in the gateway's operating-system context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
