Image replacement via metadata-blind content hashing

Weak image hashing in Chatchat-Space Langchain-Chatchat 0.3.1.0 through 0.3.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to overwrite images. The vision-chat handler hashes only PIL pixel or palette-index bytes with MD5, omitting PNG palette metadata, and uses that digest as the server-side filename without collision handling. In a shared instance, a user can submit a different P-mode image with the same index bytes to replace another user's stored image, causing the vision model to analyze attacker-selected content.
