Local command execution via unquoted FFmpeg arguments

OS command injection in sworddut MCP FFmpeg Helper 0.1.0, 0.1.1, and 0.2.1 allows local users to execute commands via tool arguments. handleToolCall interpolates format and other unvalidated values into FFmpeg command strings, and runFFmpegCommand passes the assembled string to child_process.spawn with shell:true. Exploitation requires influence over an MCP tool call; injected shell syntax executes with the privileges of the local MCP server process.
