Editor-level script execution via unescaped column identifiers

Stored cross-site scripting in MW WP Form before 5.1.6 allows remote authenticated users with Editor role to run script in an administrator's browser. The inquiry-data list screen outputs attacker-controlled form-setting column identifiers without the sanitization and contextual escaping required for HTML. An Editor must save a crafted setting, and the payload executes only when a higher-privileged user opens the affected dashboard page.
