Unauthenticated device enrollment via certificate validation bypass
Published May 7, 2026 · Updated May 7, 2026
Improper certificate validation in Ivanti EPMM before 12.6.1.1, 12.7.0.1, and 12.8.0.1 allows remote attackers to enroll devices. Ivanti has not disclosed which certificate or validation check fails beyond locating the flaw in the device-enrollment path. No authentication is required, but reachability is limited to that device subset; enrollment discloses EPMM appliance information and compromises the newly enrolled device identity.
