Local command execution via package-name interpolation

OS command injection in TanStack @tanstack/devtools-vite 0.7.0 allows local users to execute commands through a devtools event. The installPackage function interpolates an unvalidated packageName from unauthenticated WebSocket or HTTP events into a package-manager command passed to child_process.exec(). The event bus binds to localhost by default, so exploitation requires local reachability unless a development server exposes the bus, and commands run with the Vite process's privileges.
