Authenticated command execution via psql metacommand breakout

OS command injection in pgAdmin 4 9.4 through 9.14 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands on the pgAdmin server. Import/Export query export inserts the query and option fields into a psql \copy template without sanitizing metacommand syntax, allowing input to close the query and append TO PROGRAM or a file destination. Reaching the flaw requires an authenticated pgAdmin session and query-export access; successful input runs commands or writes files with the pgAdmin process's privileges.
