Stored XSS via innerHTML object-name rendering

Stored XSS in pgAdmin 4 before 9.15 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through crafted PostgreSQL object names. The Browser Tree and Explain Visualizer assign user-controlled database, schema, table, and column names to DOM elements with innerHTML rather than text-only rendering. A target must browse the malicious object or run EXPLAIN over it, after which the script runs in that target's pgAdmin browser context.
