Arbitrary code execution via CSV field evaluation

Eval injection in CHIRP before 39178db allows context-dependent attackers to execute code after a user opens a crafted radio file. _clean_tmode in drivers/kenwood_itm.py passes CSV TXSIG and RXSIG values directly to Python eval() without validation, type checking, an allowlist, or sandboxing. Opening malicious .itm or encoded .img data is required, and injected code runs with the CHIRP user's privileges.
