Authenticated SQL execution via raw POST interpolation
Published Aug 23, 2026 · Updated Aug 23, 2026
SQL injection in the Student Management System Dashboard allows remote authenticated users to read database data via crafted POST requests. The admin, student, and teacher dashboard handlers interpolate raw roll_no and teacher_name POST values into SQL strings passed to mysqli_query() without validation, escaping, or prepared statements. A valid dashboard session is required; the demonstrated time-based payload executes injected expressions and supports blind data extraction, while data modification depends on database settings.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
