Database disclosure via unescaped Kanban sort parameter
Published May 4, 2026 · Updated May 4, 2026
SQL injection in Perfex CRM 3.4.0 through 3.4.1 allows remote authenticated users to read application data through admin Kanban requests. AbstractKanban::applySortQuery passes the attacker-controlled sort_by value into an ORDER BY clause with identifier escaping disabled and no column allowlist. Any active staff account, including a non-admin role with no assigned permissions, can reach the endpoints and extract database contents through a timing oracle.
