Cross-tenant comment access via unscoped identifiers

Authorization bypass in Perfex CRM 3.4.0 through 3.4.1 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter other tenants' project comments. Clients::project validates the URL project ID but passes POST discussion and comment IDs to model methods that query rows without tenant ownership filters. Any client-portal user with project access and an owned project can read, insert, rewrite, or delete comments belonging to other customers.
