Arbitrary file disclosure via unresolved symbolic links
Published Aug 21, 2026 · Updated Aug 21, 2026
Path traversal in zanllp Infinite Image Browsing 1.8.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files through crafted symlinks. The to_abs_path function in scripts/iib/tool.py applies os.path.normpath without resolving symbolic links, so is_path_trusted accepts an in-tree link whose target is outside the allowed directory and FileResponse serves the target. The network endpoint requires no authentication or user interaction; the confinement check is active when access control is enabled or the Stable Diffusion WebUI uses share, ngrok, listen, or server_name.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
