Unauthenticated file disclosure via path-prefix confusion
Published Aug 21, 2026 · Updated Aug 21, 2026
Path traversal in zanllp Infinite Image Browsing 1.8.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read files via crafted API paths. is_path_trusted in scripts/iib/api.py accepts any requested path whose string starts with an allowed parent path, so a sibling directory sharing that prefix passes confinement and FileResponse serves its files. The bypass is reachable when access control is enabled, including network-exposed SD WebUI deployments; disclosure is limited to files readable by the service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
