Cross-user workflow access via missing ownership checks
Published Aug 21, 2026 · Updated Aug 21, 2026
Improper authorization in Dromara RuoYi-Vue-Plus 5.6.0 through 5.6.2 allows remote authenticated users to access or alter workflow resources. Workflow controller methods check broad action permissions but do not verify ownership of attacker-supplied business, instance, definition, category, expression, or leave-record identifiers. A low-privilege account with the relevant workflow permission can cross resource boundaries to read, modify, activate, invalidate, copy, export, or delete another user's workflow data.
