Author-level metadata tampering via unchecked object identifiers

Authorization bypass in Rank Math SEO before 1.0.277 allows remote authenticated users to alter SEO metadata for objects they do not own. The mark_page_as AJAX handler accepts caller-controlled objectID and objectType values and writes pillar-content or robots metadata without checking ownership or edit permission. Author-level access and a valid Rank Math nonce are required; attackers can noindex others' content, removing it from generated sitemaps and search indexes.
