Application crash via unguarded lookup-key regex compilation

Uncaught exceptions in Tie::Hash::Regex before 2.0.0 allow attackers to crash consuming Perl applications with malformed lookup keys. FETCH, EXISTS, and DELETE compile a missing caller-supplied key as a regular expression without an eval guard, so a syntax error propagates as a fatal exception. The application must pass externally supplied text into an affected tied-hash operation; the resulting exception terminates the current unprotected process or worker.
