Unauthenticated option deletion via unchecked email-link requests

Missing authorization in miniOrange 2FA before 6.3.1 and before 19.3 allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary WordPress options. The out-of-band email-link handler accepts an option name from unauthenticated request input and deletes it without requiring a validated transaction. No account is required, and deleting security or access-related options can deactivate the plugin or lock every administrator out of the dashboard.
