Unauthenticated SSRF via unsafe deserialization
Published Aug 20, 2026 · Updated Aug 20, 2026
Server-side request forgery in PTC Windchill PDMLink and FlexPLM allows remote attackers to trigger server-side requests via unsafe deserialization. PTC has disclosed only that untrusted serialized data is deserialized in a way that can steer outbound requests; the affected endpoint or class has not been identified publicly. The published CVSS v4.0 vector is network-reachable and unauthenticated, and the disclosed impact is confined to downstream systems the application can reach rather than direct code execution on the PLM server.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
