Pre-auth kernel panic via TIM bitmap overflow

Heap buffer overflow in Morse Micro HaLowLink 2 before 2.11.13 allows physically proximate attackers to trigger a kernel panic via a crafted beacon. The morse_page_slicing_process_tim_element() function trusts the received TIM bitmap length and passes it to memset and memcpy against a fixed-size heap buffer, permitting up to 252 bytes to overrun the boundary. Broadcast 802.11ah beacons reach this path during passive scanning without authentication, association, or user interaction; the confirmed outcome is kernel panic, while code execution remains unverified.
