Stored data corruption via array coercion

Improper input validation in SourceCodester Dynamic Input Field Generator 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt data via form input. The public submit.php handler passes nested person array elements to saveUser without a scalar type check, causing PHP's MySQLi binding to coerce each array to the literal string Array before insertion. A network-reachable submission endpoint and low-privileged application access are required; the demonstrated effect is persistent database pollution, not SQL command execution.
