Arbitrary document read and write via unchecked paths

Path traversal in puchunjie doc-tools-mcp 1.0.18 allows remote authenticated users to read or write arbitrary Word documents. The MCP tools pass caller-controlled filePath values directly to fs.readFile and fs.writeFile without a document-root constraint or path validation. Exploitation requires permission to invoke the tools and is limited to process-accessible paths; open_document cleanly extracts only parseable Word files.
