Remote daemon hang via stalled sub-TLV decoding

Denial of service in OSRG GoBGP 4.0 through 4.3.0 allows remote attackers to hang the BGP daemon via a crafted SRv6 sub-TLV. The SRv6 decoders advance the original data slice instead of the remaining sub-TLV slice when skipping an unknown type, so the loop never progresses. Reachability requires the daemon to decode an SRv6 L3 Service attribute containing an unknown sub-TLV; the resulting loop leaves the daemon unresponsive.
