Unrestricted file upload in BloodBank Managing System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute PHP code through request_blood.php. The handler prefixes the supplied PIC filename and calls move_uploaded_file without checking its extension, MIME type, or contents. The published exploit reaches the page anonymously, and the web-accessible request_image directory executes uploaded PHP files.
