Unauthenticated record overwrite via missing ownership checks
Published Aug 25, 2026 · Updated Aug 27, 2026
Broken access control in the TYPO3 Club Directory extension allows remote attackers to overwrite or publish club records without authentication. Its frontend edit, update, and activate actions resolve a user-supplied record UID but perform no ownership check before changing the selected record. Exploitation requires knowledge of a club-record UID and permits unauthorized modification or publication of a record awaiting approval.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=0 <6.0.2
