Unauthenticated record overwrite via unchecked update action

Broken access control in TYPO3 Telephone Directory 4.1.0 and earlier, 5.0.0, and 6.0.0 through 6.1.2 allows remote attackers to overwrite records. The frontend employee update action persists a submitted record UID without repeating the edit link's HMAC validation or enforcing ownership. No authentication or valid signed edit link is required, but the attacker must know the UID of a visible employee record; the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized modification of that record.
