Response integrity loss via truncated range sorting

Numeric truncation in libsoup SoupServer allows remote attackers to omit requested byte ranges from HTTP 206 responses. The sort_ranges() comparator subtracts 64-bit range offsets but returns a 32-bit int, reversing the ordering sign when offsets differ by more than INT_MAX. A reachable SoupServer must serve a resource larger than about 2 GB; successful requests receive incomplete partial content, affecting response integrity.
