Improper authentication in CedCommerce WP Social Media Login 1.0.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to take over WordPress accounts. The Twitter login path accepts a supplied email address and starts a WordPress session without confirming that the identity-provider flow completed. The path exists only on single-site installations; a matching email grants that account's privileges, while an unknown email creates and signs in a new account despite disabled registration.
