Unrestricted upload in Acrel EEMS Cloud Platform 1.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to upload files through the File parameter. The /SubstationWEBV2/main/uploadH5Files endpoint accepts the File argument without restricting dangerous file types. Low-privilege platform access is required; exploitation places attacker-chosen files in the application environment.
