Unauthenticated SQL injection via fCircuitids

SQL injection in Acrel EEMS Enterprise Power Operation and Maintenance Cloud Platform 1.3.0 allows remote attackers to alter database queries. The /SubstationWEBV2/main/elecMaxMinAvgValue endpoint fails to neutralize the fCircuitids argument before using it in an SQL operation. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient to read or modify database-backed operational data, and a public proof of concept demonstrates reachability.
