Unauthenticated SQL injection via fCircuitids query parameter

SQL injection in Acrel ECEMS 1.3.0 allows remote attackers to alter database queries through the fCircuitids parameter. The /SubstationWEBV2/main/elecMaxMinAvgValue endpoint incorporates fCircuitids into an SQL command without neutralizing query-control characters. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests can read or modify data accessible to the application database account.
