Denial of service via uninitialized TVB pointer

Denial of service in Wireshark 4.6.0 through 4.6.7 and 4.4.0 through 4.4.17 allows remote attackers to crash ESS dissection via malformed BER data. In generated ESS BIT STRING handlers, malformed input can leave the local tvbuff_t *attributes pointer uninitialized, but the code still passes it to ess_dissect_attribute_flags and then to tvb_captured_length and tvb_memdup as if it were valid. Exposure requires ESS content to be dissected from injected traffic or a crafted capture file; published impact is process interruption, with no reported code execution or data modification.
